Fornitura e installazione dell’impianto criogenico di DTT - Supply and installation of the DTT cryogenic plant

Gentili Operatori Economici,

si informa che è stata pubblicata la procedura negoziata per la “fornitura e installazione dell’impianto criogenico di DTT” - ID gara #200.

La fornitura è articolata in un lotto unico, avente ad oggetto:

• Sottosistemi 1-2-3-4 (“CryoPlant”), costituente la prestazione principale;

• Sottosistemi 6-7-8 (“Auxiliaries”), costituente prestazione opzionale n.1 esercitabile dalla stazione appaltante.

La procedura sarà strutturata in 2 (due) fasi:

• Fase I - Qualifica dei concorrenti: ogni operatore economico in possesso dei requisiti di ordine generale, professionale, economico-finanziario e tecnico-organizzativo previsti nel presente disciplinare può presentare una manifestazione d'interesse;

• Fase II - Sottomissione delle offerte: I concorrenti qualificati saranno ammessi a partecipare alla gara e saranno invitati a presentare l’offerta tecnica ed economica. Le offerte presentate potranno essere oggetto di negoziazione da parte della Stazione Appaltante, ferma restando la parità di trattamento tra tutti gli operatori invitati, al fine di ottimizzare le condizioni contrattuali e di ottenere l'offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa. DTT proseguirà la negoziazione con gli operatori economici partecipanti finché non riterrà di avere elementi sufficienti per dichiarare la stessa chiusa e richiedere a ciascun concorrente la presentazione della propria offerta finale.

Termine di presentazione delle manifestazioni d'interesse: h 12.00 del 14/09/2026. Tutti i dettagli sono riportati nel disciplinare di gara.

Dear Economic Operators,

please be informed that the negotiated procedure for the “supply and installation of the DTT cryogenic plant” – Tender ID #200 – has been launched.

The supply is a single lot, consisting of:

• Subsystems 1-2-3-4 (“CryoPlant”), constituting the main scope of supply;

• Subsystems 6-7-8 (“Auxiliaries”), constituting Optional Scope no. 1, which may be exercised by the contracting authority.

The procedure will be conducted in two (2) phases:

• Phase I – Selection of candidates: As a first step, any interested economic operator can submit a request to participate. The interested economic operators will be requested to demonstrate their interest to participate to tender and their capability to execute the described Scope of Work and the compliance with the requirements as listed in the tender Documentation (Disciplinare di gara);

• Phase II – Submission of offers: In a second step, all selected candidates will be invited to submit a offer. The Contracting Authority may negotiate the submitted offers in order to improve them and identify the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, while ensuring equal treatment of all tenderers. During negotiations equal treatment of all tenderers will be ensured. At the end of the negotiation a final offer shall be submitted from the participant.
